Travel back in time to Tbilisi's Cold War era, underground bunkers once served a major purpose during war times, and are still able to be toured to this day.

This tour follows the traces of the Cold War in the underground. Much of the underground network was built by Lavrenty Beria, the notorious chief of the Soviet secret police. Every big city in Georgia had underground shelters. Even under the big factories and hospitals and government buildings, they had their own bomb shelters.
